Policy for Refunds:

At Felix Mobile Mechanic, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment. Please review our
refund policy below:

• All service appointments and pre-inspections can be canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. A cancellation fee may apply; however, in most cases, no fee will be charged unless parts or equipment
  have been purchased specifically for your appointment.
  
  If our technicians arrive at the scheduled appointment time and you are not present (no-show), you will be charged the full service fee. We kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you need to cancel or
  reschedule your appointment to avoid this charge.
  
• Refunds for canceled appointments will be processed promptly, minus any applicable cancellation fees. Please allow up to 3 business days for he refund to reflect in your account.
  
• If parts or equipment have been purchased specifically for your
  appointment and the service is canceled, you may be responsible for the cost of these items.
